“The location of this property is awesome for the price. While it is outside of the city, you have all of your needs right on Panola Road and surrounding main streets. The rent office is very good about contacting you if there are any issues. Could improve on timeliness with handling maintenance requests, but they are making improvements.”

“I've been staying here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it....over the course of my adult life, I've lived in 5 apartment complexes and this is by far the best...the apartments are very spacious and the floor plans were well designed....it is an extremely quiet neighborhood....even at night...no noisy neighbors and management seems to keep the property maintained well....I've only had to call maintenance one time and they came within less than 24 hrs....I haven't come across the management team too often but from the times I have they've seemed pretty friendly....the location of the apartments are convenient to everything...my only complaint is I feel rent is extremely high and the water Bill doesn't seem to be based on usage like they claim....if they came down on the rent and just included water into the rental rate this complex would definitely be perfect and I would give them 5 stars....”
